Notes:
1 Pizzadox' option isn't fully working, it only freezes
time which increase. But there is a character in the
game (E-102) with whom time instead decrease and Pizza's
option makes those levels impossible to beat, because
the time decreases about 10 times faster.
2 Tornado is the plane in the Sky Chase levels
3 In Big's levels you have to fish. Simply keep the jump
button pressed to get the fish out of the water.
