Unlock Leann Caldwell
During the game, you'll notice that Kou is talking to someone on the phone. If you play as Kou, you'll find out her name is Leann. To unlock Leanne, you must play the entire game as Kou (you can't switch). At the end sequence Kou will find Leann in the central Square and battl eher. To defeat her, you must block her attacks and hit her with the Circular Uppercut(ES + Medium buttons) to juggle her into the air.
Unlock MSF Kou
When playing the game as Kou, you'll encounter a part where he is infiltrating the Mikado building as a MSF solider. Once you get to this part, save your game and you can use his custome in the Survival Mode or Versus. Hold L1+L2+R1+R2 when selecting Kou in Survival or Versus mode.
Alternate costumes (in all modes except Story)
Hold R1 for the original custume or L1 or L2 or R2 for different custumes.
Unlock Black-Hooded Sion
In survival mode, a black-hooded Sion is the final boss. You can use this outfit in versus and survival mode once you complete survival mode. Hold L1+L2+R1+R2 when selecting Sion in Survival or Versus mode.
Unlock Wong Leung
To unlock Sion's sensei, Wong, play through the game as any character. Once you're at the battle against Kaldea (Fight before the final battle) use aany other character than Sion to fight her. Then use Sion to complete the game. During the ending sequence you'll have a flashback where Sion battles Wong. You can use normal attacks on him but blockng attacks from Wong then when he's recovering, strike him with ES+Medium buttons to perform the Torpedo kick. Make a pattern from Torpedo kick, block, Torpedo kick, block and you get the idea. If you defeat Wong, you'll gain access to him in the versus mode.

Beat the game in story mode with Sion
Sion ending Variations
Normal ending: Play through the entire story mode, only using Sion.
Wong's ending: Play through story mode, only using Kou or Volt expect use Sion when fighting Dauragon. Sion will reflect about master Wong.
Kaldea's ending: Do not use Sion when you get separated. Select Sion in the ship when fighting Kaldea (the panther) and for the final fight with Dauragon. You may use any character for all other sequences. Sion will remember what Kaldea said.
Dominique's ending:You many use any character for any scene expect use Sion when you get separated and when fighting Kaldea (the panther) in the ship, and when fighting Dauragon to see Dominique's story.
