Tricks:
Use the file UNP to unpack RUN.EXE (it´s packaged several times).
For all the lives you need:
Edit the file RUN.EXE
Search for FE 4E 4C
Replace with 90 90 90
For all the Continues you need:
Edit the file RUN.EXE
Search for FE 4E 73
Replace with 90 90 90
