First you have to open the liberation day catalogand find the libday-ini-file.
In the file you change cheats=0 to cheats=1 and save. then you can cheat with the following cheats while the game is running: tab+W -win the scanario
tab+L -lose the scenario
tab+D -get money in deployment mode and city mode
tab+R -give armor to your units
tab+P -unlimited movement
